Each year, Cerence proudly rounds up its most intuitive and forward-thinking engineers and innovators for a contest of cleverness – the annual Hackathon.
Hackathon at Cerence is different from other instances of the event but simple enough: you are your team have one week to develop a new program, technology, or product pitch that has the potential to change the game in some way. Each team consists of six employees from across the globe, and together they embark on their hacking journey. Picture Jobs and Woz in the garage – just six of them.
This is where I would love to go deep into detail on each of the 39 team’s Hackathon submissions – your jaw would drop at the talent and ingenuity displayed this year. However, I’m not allowed to say a word. Each submission (even the winner) will be considered as a potential project for Cerence to move forward with and launch as a new product feature or technology. It’s hacking, but so much more.
Congratulations to the 2022 Hackathon participants this year. You all have given hacking – and Cerence – a good name.
